Bhojpuri actress Kajal Raghwani had a frightening experience in Bihar Sharif when a massive crowd of fans chased her car after a jewellery showroom inauguration. The actress has since assured everyone that she is safe, even as police raise questions about the event’s permission.
Fans swarm actress’s car in Bihar Sharif
According to the India Today report, Kajal Raghwani had travelled to Bihar Sharif to open a jewellery showroom, where a large number of people had gathered to get a glimpse of her. The situation reportedly turned chaotic as she was being escorted away from the venue. A video going around on social media shows a big group of people running behind the car in which she was travelling. The crowd allegedly broke the glass of a car, thinking she was inside. Several windows of her Toyota Fortuner were damaged in the incident.
Showroom operator helps her leave
The showroom operator helped Kajal Raghwani exit quietly as the crowd kept growing. She was brought out through the driver’s gate, after which the vehicle sped away from the location. The video also captured people running after the vehicle as it tried to make its way through the gathering.
Kajal Raghwani says she is fine
Later, Kajal Raghwani shared a video on social media to tell her fans that she was safe and unharmed. She thanked her supporters and requested them to keep backing her.
Permission dispute between police and organisers
As per reports, police said the event did not have administrative permission and that a notice would be sent to the organisers. However, the showroom operator reportedly disputed this claim. He said the district administration had been informed about the event through a letter, and the permission application had been submitted on September 17.

Kajal Raghwani began acting at a young age, first working in Gujarati films. She made her Bhojpuri debut with ‘Rihai’ in 2013 and has since been part of more than 50 films. Her popular titles include ‘Patna Se Pakistan’, ‘Mehandi Laga Ke Rakhna’, ‘Bhojpuriya Raja’ and ‘Sangharsh’. After taking part in ‘Bhojpuri Bawaal’, she will next be seen in ‘Rise and Fall 2’.
